Our programs are open to teens ages 12-19, families, educators, and community members in the Cleveland area and surrounding communities. Some services are targeted based on age or need.

Little Trees Foundation of Building Hope is a nonprofit organization dedicated to preventing gun violence and other forms of violence in our communities. We provide education, outreach, support services, and resources for teens and families affected by or at risk of violence.

Our foundation was created in loving memory of those affected by gun violence and dedicated to the life and legacy of Lequan Head, whom unfortunately was taken from us Jan, 3 2024 at the tender age of 19yrs, due to senseless gun violence.
Lequan taught us all the value of love, compassion, resilience, and a deep love for our Family and Community. His strength and spirit live on in the work we do and the lives we touch. We carry his legacy forward with purpose, he will continue to inspire everything we do.

We offer youth mentoring, peer support groups, family counseling referrals, community outreach events, school-based education, and workshops on conflict resolution, emotional wellness, and gun safety.

Contact us. We can provide intervention support, connect you to local violence interrupters, or guide you through safety planning and referral services.
